Prezentuje rovinu teoretickou, tak i praktickou. Konstatuje příčiny, které se podílejí imigraci. Hodnotí možné nepříznivé dopady na země původu i na cílové země migrantů. Zmiňuje migrační a azylovou politiku v České republice a s tím spojenou problematiku integrace cizinců. Rozsáhleji se zabývá fenoménem sportovní migrace. Ve výzkumné části jsou zkoumány aktuální poměry mladistvých sportovců ? migrantů v České republice. Formou rozhovoru jsou zjišťovány jejich rodinné poměry, motivace pro výkon profesionální sportovní činnosti mimo domovskou zemi, je zde konstatována adaptace sportovců v tomto prostředí, jejich úspěšnost i zpětnou vazbu, zda jsou naplněna jejich očekávání. Z pohledu studovaného oboru sociálně pedagogické asistence je problematika integrace do majoritní společnosti aktuální téma, proto si ho autorka zvolila.. -- Abstract: Abstract This Bachelor thesis deals with issues of migration a integration. It present a theoretical level, as well as practical. It finds the causes involved in immigration. Assesses the potential averse effects on countries of origin and destination countries of migrants. It mentions the migration and asylum policy in the Czech Republic and the associated problems with integration of foreigners. Comprehensively deals with the phenomenon of sports migration. The research part examines the current conditions of young athletes ? migrants in the Czech Republic. Through the interview there are recognized thein family background, motivation for professional sports activities outsider the home country, there is stated an adaptation of athletes in this environment, thein Access and feedback, whether Theky are meeting thein expectations. From the perspective of socio educational assistance field of study is the problem of integration into the majority society the achal theme, so the author chose it.
