Note Lic. smlouva Abstract Cílem mé bakalářské práce je analyzovat rozvojový potencionál, kterým disponuje historické město Terezín. V první části se zabývám historickým a urbanistickým vývojem pevnosti Terezín. V této částí nejprve popisuji historii města, bez jejíž znalosti by nebylo možné pochopit další vývoj a definovat možnosti rozvoje. Pokračuji urbanistickými specifikami, které neodmyslitelně k městu Terezín patří. V druhé části se věnuji deskriptivním údajům o ekonomice, infrastruktuře a obyvatelstvu v městě. Popisuji vývoj ekonomiky a obyvatelstva v městě mezi lety 2000 až 2009, tedy celou dekádu. V třetí části, kterou bych nazval koncepční, se věnuji zhodnocení potencionálního rozvoje, vzhledem ke specifickým možnostem a omezením v tomto městě. Závěrem se snažím nastínit možnosti dalšího rozvoje vycházející z poznatků práce, ve čtyřech dle mého názoru pro město Terezín nejdůležitějších oblastech - v ekonomice, sociálním stavu, infrastruktuře a turismu. The aim of my bachelor thesis is to analyse the development potential in the historical town of Terezin. In the first part I deal with the historical and urban development of the Terezin Fortress and I describe the history of the town because, without some historical knowledge we would be unable to understand the current and future development. I continue with urbanistical specifics which inhernetly belong to the town of Terezin. In the second part I deal with describing data for the economics, infrastructure and inhabitants of the town. I describe the development of economics and inhabitants for the whole decade from 2000 to 2009. The third part I would describe as conceptual and I deal with the final remarks of potential development according to specific options and restrictions in the town. In the end I am trying to show the options of future development using the findings of, in my opinion, the four most important areas for the town - economics, social statement, infrastructure and tourism.
