Spisová a skartační činnost ve státní správě [rukopis] / Olga Jančárová. -- 2010. -- 52 l. , [8] l. příl. : il. -- Lic. smlouva. -- Abstract: Cílem mé bakalářské práce je porovnání vedení spisové a skartační činnosti státní správy (konkrétně Celní správy České republiky a Územních finančních orgánů České republiky) se soukromou společností. Každá kapitola se věnuje jednotlivým posuzovaným organizacím, jejich organizační struktuře a v podkapitolách popisuji postupy, které daná organizace zachovává při vedení spisové a skartační činnosti. Odlišnosti ve vedení spisové a skartační činnosti u posuzovaných organizací vychází z rozdílů jejich technického vybavení a hlavně z potřeb dané organizace, které jsou zejména v současném období ovlivněny přípravami organizačních změn ve státní správě. Při své práci jsem se seznámila nejen s legislativním rámcem vymezujícím problematiku spisové a archivní činnosti, ale též s obecně závaznými předpisy upravujícími tuto problematiku.. -- Abstract: The purpose of my bachelor thesis is a comparison of filing & discard activities as conducted by state administration, i.e. specifically by the Customs Authority of the Czech Republic and of District Financial Authorities of the Czech Republic, with those performed ina private company. While the respective chapters of the thesis are devoted to individual organizations surveyed and to organizational structures thereof, subchapters deal with procuderes that the organization concerned maintains in pursuance of their filing & discard acitivities in the surveyed organizations stem from differences identified in instrumentation, and pardicularly from the requirements of a given organisation; those are - especially at the current state - impacted by the preparation of organizational changes assumed to take place in state administration. In pursuit of my work on the thesis, l have become familiar with both the legislation framework outlining the subject area of filing &discard activities, and with commonly binding regulations regulating the subject area concerned.
