Stěžejní část práce je věnována právě aktuální podobě této tradiční součásti českého průmyslu. Aktuální situace v českém pivovarnictví je výsledkem vývoje po pádu komunismu v roce 1989, tehdy odstartoval proces koncentrace pivovarnictví a vznikl také nový typ pivovarů. Tyto a další změny jsou v práci charakterizovány. Vaření piva je v práci prezentováno jako neustále se vyvíjející, hospodářsky přínosný obor. Na pojem ?české pivo? je v práci nahlíženo jako na chráněný, územně vázaný produkt, který je možné vyrobit pouze ze surovin, které mají svůj původ ve vymezené geografické oblasti. Práce se věnuje faktorům, podmiňujícím existenci a úspěšné fungování českého pivovarnictví. Zabývá se kategorizací českých pivovarů, rozdíly v jejich produkci a tržní strategii. Popsány jsou exportní aktivity s pivem, které v posledních letech stále rostou. Dále jsou zde objasněny vlivy a vazby na některé další oblasti, například vazba na zemědělství nebo dopady na ekonomiku. This student thesis analyzes brewing image as a part of the Czech industrial production from its genesis up today. Pivotal part of the thesis is focused on actual form of this Czech industry traditional part. Present situation in the Czech brewing is result of development after the socialism regime collapse in 1989, at that time the process of breweries concentration starts and it rise also new type of breweries. These and other changes are characterized in thesis. Brewing is presented as a constantly developing and economic beneficial branch. The definition ?Czech Beer? it is seen as a protected, local fixed product, which can be made just from raw materials occurred in determined geographic area. The thesis attends to factors conditioning existence and successful functioning of Czech brewing. It is concerned in the Czech breweries categorization, differences in their production and marketing strategy. Here are described export activities with beer, which in several last years growth up. Further here are described effects and relations to some other areas, for example relation to agriculture and economical incidences. Another responsib.
