Note Ved. práce Miroslav Tichý Abstract V úvodu práce nalezne čtenář základní vysvětlení pojmu cévní mozková příhoda - její definici a popis mechanismu vzniku jejího nejnápadnějšího projevu - spasticity. Dále se dozví o druzích iktů a jejich hlavní patofyziologii. Následuje základní popis anatomie nejdůležitějších mozkových tepen a klinických projevů iktu v závislosti na místě uzávěru resp. krvácení. Teoretickou část práce uzavírá kapitola o diagnostických postupech při podezření na CMP. Speciální část se věnuje tématu rehabilitace a obsahuje kazuistiku a popis aplikace rehabilitačních přístupů v konkrétním případě. Závěr tvoří výsledky práce s pacientem a subjektivní zhodnocení přínosu bakalářské práce pro další rozvoj autora v oblasti fyzioterapie. In the introductory part a reader will find the basic explanation of the term cerebrovas-cular accident (CVA) - its definition and the description of the origin of its most ob-vious manifestation - spasticity. Furthermore, the reader will learn about different kinds of strokes and their main pathophysiology. This is then followed by a brief description of the anatomy of the most important brain arteries and clinical symptoms in relation to the location of a closure or bleeding. The theoretical part concludes with a chapter about diagnostic processes in suspicion of CVA. The special part attends to the subject matter of rehabilitation and the description of application of rehabilitation approaches in a con-crete case. The conclusion provides outcomes of working with a patient and a subjective evaluation of contribution of the bachelor work for the further development of the au-thor in the field of physiotherapy.
