Note Lic. smlouva Abstract Práce předkládá teoretická východiska pro provedení strategické změny struktury výrobních kapacit v prostředí postkomunistického podniku, zatíženého zastaralým strojním vybavením a strukturou technologií odpovídající typickému socialistickému kombinátu. Řešení hledá ve využití externích kapacit s cílem zásadního snížení nákladů na výrobu a následné změně struktury i organizace výroby. Popisuje jednotlivé fáze změny a vyhodnocuje předpokládanou úspěšnost projektu. This study shows theoretical datum for strategic change in production structure in a background of post-communistic company, burdened with outdated machinery and technological structure corresponding with typical socialistic ``combine factory'q. It's bringing the solution in the way of changing internal to external capacities following the target of lowering the production costs.
