Digitalizace účetnictví ve vybraném podniku / Michaela Rybovičová. -- 2024. -- 62 listů. -- Vedoucí práce Pavlína Mazancová. -- Oponent Libor Měsíček. -- Abstract: Digitalizace účetnictví umožňuje zvýšit efektivitu, snížit náklady, kontrolovat finance, a hlavně zautomatizovat procesy v účetnictví a chodu společnosti. Ze studií bylo zjištěno, že většina firem napříč celým světem má jinou úroveň digitalizace v účetnictví a digitálních procesů. Největším problémem je integrace spojená snákladností zavedení digitálních procesů a rozhodnutí manažera v rámci strategického plánování a inovací. Firmám, které investovaly do inovací digitálních procesů se snížily náklady, zvýšil zisk a zefektivnil celkový proces pro plynulý chod v podniku. Cílem práce je zavedení digitalizace účetních procesů jako celku během současného stavu účetnictví a účetních procesů ve vybraném podniku, a na základě zjištění je navrženo opatření pro digitalizaci účetnictví, odstranění tištěných úkonů, acelkové zlepšení systému zpracování. K získánívýsledku práce je použita kvalitativní metoda provedena prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů sjednatelem firmy, zaměstnanci, sdodavateli, účetní, účetním specialistou a firmami, které se zabývají digitalizaci účetnictví. Pro detailní sběr dat bylo provedeno opakované pozorování ve firmě. Z rozhovorů a pozorování je zjištěna úroveň digitálních procesů a účetnictví. Výsledky šetření vedou k zavedení digitalizace účetnictví a procesů, které vedou ke zvýšení výkonnosti, snížení nákladů a chybovosti, úspoře času a plynulému chodu účetních operací. Výsledky práce mohou být využity v oblasti digitalizace účetnictví u dalších typů firem.. -- Abstract: Digitization of accounting makes possible the increasing of efficiency, reducing of costs, the control of finances, and above all to automate processes in accounting and company operations. From the studies, it was found that the most companies across the world have a different level of digitization in accounting and digital processes. The biggest problem is the integration associated with the cost of implementing digital processes and managerial decisions within strategic planning and innovation. Businesses that have invested in digital process innovation have reduced costs, increased profits, and streamlined the overall process to keep the business running smoothly. The aim of the work is to introduce the digitization of accounting processes as a whole in a selected company that provides services in the field of tires and car service. Evaluation of the current state of accounting and accounting processes as a whole in the selected company and, based on the findings, measures are proposed for the digitization of accounting, the elimination of printed operations and the overall improvement of the processing system. The results of the work are evaluated by a qualitative method using semi-structured interviews with company executives, employees, suppliers, accountants, accounting specialists and companies that deal with digitization of accounting. For detailed data collection, repeated observations have been made in the company. The level of digital processes and accounting is determined from interviews and observations. The results lead to the introduction of digitization of accounting and processes that lead to increased performance, reduced costs and error rates, time savings and smooth running of accounting operations. The results of the work can be used in the field of digitization of accounting within other types of companies.
