Oponent Kristýna Volfová Abstract Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou autority pedagoga zpohledu žáků maturitních ročníků vybraných středních škol v Karlovarském kraji. Teoretická část vychází z poznatků problematiky autority pedagoga ve výchovně vzdělávacím procesu. Pozornost je rovněž věnována tématu osobnosti učitele a vybraným aspektům interakce mezi učiteli a žáky. Praktickou část tvoří výsledky vlastního kvantitativně orientovaného šetření, jehož cílem je hodnocení aspektů posilující či oslabující autoritu pedagoga. Data jsou získaná prostřednictvím nestandardizovaného dotazníku na vybraných středních školách maturitních ročníků Karlovarského kraje. Dosažené výsledky jsou doporučením, využitelných ve školní praxi i ostatních pedagogických disciplín, orientovaných na autoritu. The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of the teacher's authority from the point of view of students of the high school graduation years of selected secondary schools in the Karlovy Vary region. The theoretical part is based on knowledge of the issue of the teacher's authority in the educational process. Attention is also paid to the subject of the teacher's personality and selected aspects of the interaction between teachers and pupils. The practical part consists of the results of our own quantitatively oriented investigation, the aim of which is to evaluate the aspects that strengthen or weaken the authority of the pedagogue. The data are obtained through a non-standardized questionnaire at selected secondary schools of the Karlovy Vary region. The achieved results are recommendations that can be used in school practice as well as in other pedagogical disciplines, oriented towards authority. Another responsib.
