Uspokojení potřeb klientů v Domově pro seniory = Satisfaction the needs of clients in a home for the elderly / Kateřina Volfová. -- 2018. -- 46 listů + 1 CD. -- Vedoucí práce Petr Balek. -- Oponent Robert Krejcar. -- Abstract: V této práci používám metodu kvalitativního výzkumu formou rozhovoru zaměřený na fázi života stáří a uspokojení potřeb a přání klientů v Domově pro seniory. V tomto výzkumu popisuji postup, který musí každý žadatel absolvovat od přijímacího procesu k vypracování uspokojivého individuálního plánu a plánu péče, který je vypracován po poskytnutí informací ze strany sociálního zařízení a očekávání a přání klienta. Na základě poskytnutých rozhovorů jsem se snažila o zmapování a eliminaci problémů neuspokojených potřeb a přání klientů. V závěru tohoto výzkumu jsem dospěla k názoru, že nejdůležitější je komunikace mezi personálem domova a klienty společně s jejich rodinami, která by byla přínosem k vyřešení uspokojení jejich nenaplněných potřeb a přání.. -- Abstract: In this work I use the method of qualitative research in the form of an interview focused on the stage of aging and meeting the needs and wishes of clients in the Home for Seniors. In this research I describe the procedure that each applicant has to undergo from the admission process to develop a satisfactory individual plan and care plan drawn up after providing information from the social facility and the expectations and wishes of the client. Based on the interviews I provided, I tried to map and eliminate the problems of unmet needs and wishes of clients. At the conclusion of this research I came to the conclusion that the most important there is communication between home staff and clients together with their families, which would help to solve the satisfaction of their unmet needs and wishes.
