Vedoucí práce Zbyšek Posel Abstract Tato práce se zabývá počítačovým zpracováním biologických signálů a je zaměřena na detekci vrcholů R vln u signálu z elektrokardiogramu (EKG). Nejdříve je popsán vznik a šíření EKG signálu, způsoby měření a počítačové metody pro zpracování. Dále je práce zaměřena na implementaci tzv. Standardního schématu. To se skládá z derivace signálu -> Hilbertovy transformace a konstrukce obálky. Je demonstrována schopnost detekovat vrcholy R vln v EKG signálech, získaných z databáze ARHYTMIA. V další části jsou pak ke Standardnímu schématu přidány další metody, zejména filtrace signálu a zlepšení detekce vrcholů R vln, které vylepšují schopnost detekovat vrcholy R vln i ve špatně detekovatelných signálech. V závěru jsou výsledky porovnány i s dalšími metodami, které se na detekci vrcholů R vln používají. This thesis is dealing with computer processing of biological signals and is focused on detection of peaks in R waves from electrocardiogram (ECG) signal. At first, it describes genesis and propagation on an ECG signal, means of detection and computer methods for processing. Then it focuses on the implementation of so-called Standard scheme. This is composed of signal derivative -> Hilbert transform and construction of the envelope. The R-peak detection capability is demonstrated on signals acquired from the ARHYTMIA database. Additional methods are added to the Standard scheme in the next part, particularly signal filtration and enhancement of R-peak detection, that further enhances the capability of R-peak detection even in poorly detectable signals.
