Cílem práce je zjistit, jak je obyvateli regionu hodnocen jeden z významných zaměstnavatelů v Karlovarském kraji, firma WITTE Automotive. Dalším cílem je komparace firmy s dalšími významnými zaměstnavateli v kraji. Cílů bylo dosaženo pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Je uvedeno vyhodnocení jednotlivých otázek pomocí grafů a sématického diferenciálu, na jehož základě je možné porovnat image uvedených firem. Z výsledků sématického diferenciálu je zřejmé, jak je hodnocena firma WITTE Automotive v porovnání s dalšími čtyřmi významnými zaměstnavateli v Karlovarském kraji. V závěru práce je uveden návrh řešení pro zlepšení image firmy WITTE Automotive. The bachelor thesis is concerned with the position of the company WITTE Automotive in the regional labour market. The aim of the thesis is to find out how is the one of the major employers in the Karlovy Vary Region, WITTE Automotive, assessed by the inhabitants. The next aim is a comparison of the company with another important employers in the region. The objectives were achieved by using a questionnaire survey. Evaluation of individual questions is specified by using graphs and semantic differential, which pursuant is possible to compare the image of introduced companies. From the results of semantic differential is obvious how is the company WITTE Automotive valued in comparison with other four major employers in Karlovy Vary Region.
