Práce je rozdělena do 3 hlavních kapitol. První kapitola se zabývá základními principy zdravotních systémů a popisuje jednotlivé modely. Dále se podrobněji věnuje charakteristice systému zdravotního pojištění v České republice. Druhá kapitola je věnována věkové struktuře populace, komponentům ovlivňujících stárnutí populace a očekávanému vývoji složení obyvatel České republiky dle projekce obyvatel ČR. Přibližuje seniorskou populaci a vysvětluje pojem senior. Poslední kapitola je zaměřena na financování zdravotní péče a na výdaje zdravotních pojišťoven. The aim of bachelor work entitled " The issue of health insurance in the Czech Republic in relation to the aging population and the growing share of seniors in the population" is to acquaint with the problem of the contemporary world, thus increasing proportion of older members of society, and thereby reducing the number of payers of health insurance contributions. The work is devided into three main chapters. The first chapter deals with basic priciples of health systems and describes various models. It also discusses the characteristics of the health insurance system in the Czech Republic. The second chapter is devoted to the age structure of the population, components affecting the aging population and expected evolution of the composition of the population in Czech republic according to population projections. Approximates the senior population and explains the concept of senior. The last chapter focuses on the financing of health care and health insurance expenses. Another responsib.
