Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na péči o pacienta s bolestí a úlohu sestry, která se o tyto pacienty stará. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část bakalářské práce vymezuje bolest, dělení bolesti, druhy a léčbu. Dále je tato práce zaměřena na hodnocení a projevy bolesti, kterých by si měla sestra všímat. Posledním úsekem teoretické části jsou uvedené možnosti tišení bolesti. V praktické části jsem vyhodnotila jeden hlavní a 3 vedlejší vytyčené cíle. Hlavním cílem této práce je zjistit četnost používání metod pro hodnocení bolesti. Dílčími cíli je zjistit, zda sestra edukuje pacienta v oblasti žádoucích a nežádoucích účinků léků? Ověřit, jestli sestra použila všechny dostupné prostředky k tišení bolesti, které spadají do její kompetence. Posledním z dílčích cílů je zjistit, zda jsou uspokojovány potřeby pacientů s bolestí. Průzkum v praktické části byl prováděn formou dotazníků u pacientů s bolestí v NsP Česká Lípa. Dotazník obsahoval 18 otázek a vytvářela jsem ho podle třech kritérií. Prvním bylo- provádí se výkony, které se provádět mají? Druhým kritériem bylo- má to správný efekt? Posledním kritériem dotazníku bylo, zda to pacienti chtějí. Závěrem mé práce je vypracování 18 grafů a tabulek. Díky provedenému průzkumu jsme zjistili, že sestry bolest u pacientů hodnotí. Sestry pro tišení bolestí podávají pacientům analgetika dle ordinací lékaře. Pacienti s bolestí jsou dostatečně edukováni v oblasti žádoucích i nežádoucích účinků léků. Potřeby pacientů jsou plně uspokojovány. Závěrem bakalářské práce je, že sestry si své povinnosti u pacientů s bolestí plní velmi dobře a průzkum prokázal jen zanedbatelné nedostatky. Resume The theme of my Bachelor´s Thesis is The role of a nurse by a patient with a pain. Thesis is focused on a managing a patient with a pain and a role of a nurse, which takes care for these patients. It is divided into two parts. Theoretical part defines a pain, dividing of a pain, kinds of a pain and a treatment. Further is my work focused on an assessment and expression of a pain which should be recognized by a nurse. Possibilities of a pain relief are described in last section of a theoretical part. I evaluated one main target and other three of marked targets in practical part. The main target of this thesis is to find out count of used method for assessment of a pain. Particural targets is to check if does a nurse educate a patient in the field of desirable and undesirable effects of medicaments? Verify, if a nurse has used all of possibilities to manage and reduce a pain, which belong to her competency. Last of a particural target is to find out if requirements of painful patients are satisfied. Survey in practical part was performed by questionnare for patients with a pain in NsP Ceska Lipa. The questionnare contained 18 questions and I created it according to three criteria. The first criterion is ?does it execute that have to be really performed??. The second is ?does it have required effect??and last of criterion in questionnare was the question of a patients really want it. The conclusion of my thesis is performance of 18 graphs and tables. Because of executed survey we found out that nurses evaluate a pain by patient. Nurses manage analgesic to patients for reducing a pain according to doctor´s prescription. Patients with a pain are educated in the field of desirable and undesirable effects of medicaments sufficiently. Patient´s requirements are fully satisfied. The result of my thesis is that nurses fulfill their duty by patient with a pain very well and research reported only negligible shortages. Another responsib.
