Note Lic. smlouva Abstract Cílem této bakalářské práce je provést fundamentální analýzu na českém akciovém trhu, za tímto cílem přiblížit fundamentální analýzu, stanovit její strategie a kritéria pro výběr jednotlivých akcií. Práce je rozdělena do pěti kapitol. První kapitola se věnuje akciovému trhu, možnostem vstupu na český akciový trh, akciím a jejich druhům. Také vymezení pojmu investice a spekulace. Druhá kapitola charakterizuje jednotlivé druhy analýz ? fundamentální, technickou a psychologickou, jejich rozdíly a společná východiska. Třetí kapitola pojednává o teorii efektivních trhů a o názorech, které ji podporují a vyvracejí. Také jsou zde popsány jednotlivé strategie a kritéria pro výběr akcií. Čtvrtá kapitola charakterizuje jednotlivá portfolia a poslední, pátá kapitola, se zaměřuje na výhody a nevýhody pro českého investora investujícího na českém akciovém trhu a samotné analýze jednotlivých titulů akcií SPAD pomocí fundamentálních kritérií, které jsme vybrali ve třetí kapitole. The aim of this work is to do a fundamental analysis on the Czech stock market. Then to determine its strategy and criteria for selection of single stocks. The work is divided into 5 chapters. First chapter is devoted to stock market, shares and their types. This chapter also defines the concepts of investment and speculation. The second chapter describes different types of analyzes ? fundamental, technical and psychological ? and their differences and common ground. The third chapter discusses the theory of efficient markets and opinions that support it or refute it. This chapter also describes the strategies and criteria for selection of stocks. The forth chapter describes the various portfolios and the last, fifth chapter focuses on the advantages and disadvantages for Czech investors investing in the Czech stock market and it focuses also on analysis of individual stocks using fundamental stock SPAD criteria that we selected in the 3rd chapter.
