V první části literární rešerše je popsán stav krajiny před zahájením výstavby dálničních staveb, vymezení a charakteristika zájmového území. V další části jsou popsány vlivy dálničního provozu na ekosystém a člověka a dále pak opatření na zachování biodiverzity v blízkosti dálnice. Práce obsahuje výčet základních opatření vedoucích k minimalizaci přímých vlivů výstavby a následného provozu dálnice na obyvatelstvo, faunu a flóru, na povrchovou, podzemní vodu a půdu. Praktická část práce řeší výběr vhodné zeleně podél dálničního tělesa a to v kontextu s provedenou inventarizací dřevin, dále pak řeší vlastní sadovou úpravu zvolených úseků dálničního tělesa.. -- Abstract: This Bachelor work is aimed on problems with amenity planting in chosen part of the freeway D8. In the first part of the search, are described the status of the region before opening the building-up of the freeway structure, demarcation and characteristic of interest area. In the next part are described the influence of freeway traffic on the ecosystem and humanity, than the precaution of preservation the biodiversity around the freeway. The work contains enumeration of the basic precaution to minimalize the prime influence of the construction and consecutive traffic on the population, fauna and flora, overground water and underground water and on the soil. Practical part solves the right choice of the greenery around the freeway body, in the context of undertaken invertory timber species, than solves it owns array preparation of chosen parts of the freeway body.
