Obecná část zahrnuje anatomická fakta, definici, etiologii a patogenezi daného onemocnění. Dále popisuje příčiny a faktory způsobující toto onemocnění, klinické obrazy a farmakologické nebo jiné konzervativní postupy. Speciální část obsahuje komplexní léčebnou rehabilitaci u dekompenzované i kompenzované artrózy; LTV, fyzikální léčbu, poradenství v oblasti sportovních aktivit a životosprávy. Zbytek práce je věnován kazuistice, ve které se věnuji samotnému pacientovi.. -- Abstract: The thesis generally deals arthrotic illness and complex problems of post-traumatic arthritis in the ankle joint. The general section includes anatomical facts, definition, etiology and patogenesis of the disease. It also describes the causes and factors causing the disease, clinical features and pharmacological or other conservative methods. A special section includes a comprehensive medical rehabilitation in decompensated and compensated form of arthritis, physical exercise, physical therapy, counseling for sporting activities and lifestyle. The rest of the work is devoted to case study, in which I devote myself to the patient himself.
