Note Ved. práce Arnošt Smolík Abstract Teoretickým východiskem práce jsou odborné poznatky týkající se problematiky šikany a projevů agresivního chování žáků na základních školách. V práci jsou popsány preventivní aktivity škol a dalších institucí působících v rezortu školství směřující k potírání šikany mezi žáky. Další prostor je věnován aktivitám Policie České republiky v rámci preventivní činnosti a spolupráci Policie České republiky se základními školami v tomto směru. Praktická část je zaměřena na zjišťování úspěšnosti aplikovaných preventivních programů a spolupráci Policie České republiky se základními školami z pohledu pedagogických pracovníků působících v prostředí základních škol v okrese Ústí nad Labem. Professional knowledge relates to problems with the chicane and expression of aggression behavior of students at basic schools, are the theoretical background of the thesis. Preventative programs of basic schools and other institutions in the education system, which are responsible for solving the problems with the chicane among students, are described in separate chapters. Next chapter is focused on preventative efforts of Police of the Czech Republic and the cooperation between Police of the Czech Republic and basic schools on the field of problems with the chicane. The research part of the thesis is addressing on the finding the usability of preventative programs and the cooperation between Police of the Czech Republic and basic schools from the point of view pedagogical workers from basic schools in Ústí nad Labem district.
