Note Lic. smlouva Abstract Cílem diplomové práce je analýza systému zdravotního pojištění v ČR a mezinárodní srovnání. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována organizačnímu a právnímu postavení zdravotních pojišťoven a zejména analýze potenciálů a rizik transformace zdravotních pojišťoven na akciové společnosti. Modelování dalšího vývoje je zpracováno na příkladu Zdravotní pojišťovny Ministerstva vnitra. Z hlediska dalšího vývoje práce diskutuje poznatky o vývoji systémů financování zdravotnictví v dalších státech, a to především v Nizozemsku, dále v Německu, Francií, Velké Británii a Lucembursku. Práce shrnuje a analyzuje různé varianty řešení dalšího vývoje zdravotního pojištění v ČR, a to s přihlédnutím k jednání nejvýznamnějších aktérů v této oblasti na národní, ale také nadnárodní úrovni. The main aim of the thesis is the analysis of the system of Health Insurance in the Czech Republic and its specific structural and organizational features in comparison to other systems worldwide. The crucial points to be concentrated at are: organizational and legal state of the health insurance companies and in particular the analysis of both potential and risks directly related to the process of transformation of the health insurance companies into joint-stock companies. The constructional model of the future development processes is based on a Health Insurance Found of the Ministry of Interior of the Czech Republic system survey. Concerning further thesis approaches, there are points referring to health services financing trends in countries as: Netherlands, Germany, France, Great Britain and Luxemburg. The thesis analyses and summarizes the varieties of solutions related to the future development trends of the health insurance in the Czech Republic. The relevant role of the national and supranational stakeholders involved in the processes mentioned above is also to be described. Another responsib.
