Investiční možnosti soukromého sektoru na bankovním trhu [rukopis] = Private investment via banking sector / Lukáš Hanžl. -- 2009. -- 78 l. : il. -- Lic. smlouva. -- Abstract: Předmětem diplomové práce "Investiční možnosti soukromého sektoru na bankovním trhu`` je problematika investování volných finančních prostředků soukromého sektoru na finančním trhu. V práci jsou obecně popsány vybrané možnosti investování a důraz je kladen především na formu kolektivního investování. V první části této práce jsou popsána teoretická východiska dvou základních forem investování, jejich výhod, nevýhod a stručného popisu. Podrobněji jsou zde charakterizovány možnosti kolektivního investování a vybrané produkty největšího finančního ústavu v ČR, včetně jeho profilu, cílů a ekonomické situace. Dále následuje praktická část, která je zaměřena na samotného investora jako soukromou osobu, kde je uvedena jeho charakteristika, investiční cíle a celkový profil a na základě analýzy shromážděných informací i z jiných bankovních subjektů doporučeno, a na praktických příkladech vypočítáno, strategické investiční rozhodnutí. Na závěr sem se pokusil zhodnotit simulované investice a doporučit mému investorovi další kroky s přihlédnutím na predikci vývoje finančního trhu u nás.. -- Abstract: The subject of this thesis ``Private investment via banking sector" is problems of investments of free financial resources of private sector on financial market. The main subject of this essay is the possibilities of investments and insists on the form of collective investments. In the first part of this essay are described the theoretical resources of two basics forms of investing, their advantages, disadvantages and brief definitions. The possibilities of collective investments and choice products of the biggest financial institute in Czech Republic are described in more details, including their profiles, targets and economic situation. The second part of this essay is practical and is concerned with investor himself as a private individual. The main subject of the second part is characteristic of this individual investor, his capital targets and total profile based on the analysis of collected informations, calculated practical examples and strategical capital decisions. At the conclusion I have tried to review simulated investments and to advise to my investor next steps, considering the prediction of the development of financial market in our country.
