Jedná se na zhodnocení současné druhové skladby porostů, jejich aktuálního stavu a přírodních a klimatických podmínek, které na tyto porosty v údolní nivě toku působí. Dále je práce zaměřena na problém chřadnutí břehových porostů olší způsobené patogenem druhu Phytophthora alni a je do ní zapracován návrh na revitalizaci břehových porostů, včetně způsobu zabezpečení průtočnosti koryta toku při zvýšených průtocích s využitím vhodného vegetačního doprovodu. This essay is focused on the evaluation of the riparian stand and the supporting stand in the alluvial plain of the river Mže. It evaluates the present riparian stand species composition, it´s actual status and the natural and climatic conditions that influence the riparian stand in the alluvial plain. The essay is also focused on the problematic fading away of the riparian alders caused by the pathogen of the species Phytophthora alni. This essay presents the propsal for the revitalization of the riparian stand, including the way how to ensure the flow capacity of the stream-bed in case of the increased flow with using suitable vegetative support.
