Note Autor neodevdal lic. smlouvu Abstract Téma této bakalářské práce je "Fyzioterapie v těhotenství a šestinedělí``. V obecné části mé práce se zaměřuji na anatomii pánve a jejích orgánů, dále na průběh těhotenství, porodu a šestinedělí, taktéž se soustřeďuji na jednotlivé vyšetřovací metody těchto období a na životosprávu. Druhá část zahrnuje rehabilitační postupy v těhotenství, které mají ulehčit jeho průběh a poté následný porod. Popisuji zde vhodné speciální cvičení pro těhotné jako je gravidjóga, Alexandrova technika, posilovací cvičení, nácvik relaxace, dýchání a porodních poloh. V hlavní části práce hodlám představit svou pacientku, kterou jsem si vybrala na doporučení Dr. Krhounkové. Pacientku jsem sledovala v průběhu jejího těhotenství a šestinedělí. Popisuji zde její vstupní vyšetření, mou osobní rehabilitaci, výstupní vyšetření a zhodnocení stavu mezi průběhem obou těhotenství a porodu. V závěru se budu snažit zhodnotit výsledky své práce. The topic of my bachelor work is physiotherapy in a pregnancy and a childbed. In the general part of my work, I write about anatomy of pelvis and its organs and stages of pregnancy, delivery and childbed. I also concentrate on different examination technique in these stages and on a diet. Second part of my work covers rehabilitation technique in pregnancy which should ease course of pregnancy and following childbirth. Here I describe suitable exercises which are gravid yoga Alexander's technique, strength exercise, practice of relaxation breathing and delivery positions. In main part of my work I intend to introduce my patient whom I choose on the recommendation of Dr. Krhounkova. I observed the patient during her pregnancy and childbed. I describe her first examination and evaluate her conditions between pregnancy and delivery. At the end I will try to evaluate results of my work. Another responsib.
