Oponent Josef Heidler Abstract Naše bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu užívání suplementů v triatlonu. V teoretické části se zabýváme charakteristikou triatlonu, podávanému výkonu, výživě ve sportu obecně a v triatlonu. Hlavní část je zaměřena na výzkum, kde je cílem bakalářské práce zjistit nejčastěji používané druhy sportovních suplementů mezi amatérskými triatlonovými závodníky. Práce bude obsahovat další významné informace z vybraného tématu, které by mohli využít nejen samotní sportovci ale též studenti tělovýchovy, trenéři či společnosti specializující se na výrobu sportovních suplementů. Our bachelor thesis deals with the topic of using supplements in triathlon. In the theoretical part we deal with the characteristics of triathlon, performance, nutrition in sports in general and in triathlon. The main part is focused on research, where the aim of the bachelor's thesis is to find out the most commonly used types of sports supplements among amateur triathlon racers. The work will contain other important information from the selected topic, which could be used not only by athletes themselves but also by students of physical education, coaches or companies specializing in the production of sports supplements.
