Analýza vlivu modifikace hliníkových slitin na jejich teplotní roztažnost / Martin Kulich. -- 2021. -- 81 listů : ilustrace, grafy + 1 CD. -- Vedoucí práce Jan Novotný. -- Oponent Matúš Bajcura. -- Abstract: Tato diplomová práce se zabývá úpravami a zkoumáním tepelné dilatace běžně používaného podeutektického slévárenského siluminu AlSi7Mg0,6. Zkoumané vzorky jsou rozšířeny o slitinu AlSi7Mg0,3. Úpravy, které byly v rámci této práce uskutečněny zahrnují metodou očkování, modifikace a tepelného zpracování vytvrzováním. Vlivem provedených úprav dochází ke změně mikrostruktury materiálu a předmětem této práce je zkoumání vlivu těchto změn na dilatační vlastnosti materiálu. Výsledky úprav materiálu budou hodnoceny pomocí metalografie. Následně budou provedena měření na dilatometru, naměřená data budou reflektována v grafech a pomocí porovnání naměřených hodnot budou jednotlivé vzorky hodnoceny.. -- Abstract: This thesis deals with the influence of modification of the commonly used undereutectic foundry silumin AlSi7Mg0,6. The investigated samples are extended by the alloy AlSi7Mg0.3. The change of the structure that were the subject of this work include the method of inoculation, modification and heat treatment by curing. Due to the change inside the material, the microstructure of the material changes and the subject of this work is to investigate the effect of these changes on the expansion properties of the material. The evaluation of the results of material modification will be measured by metallography. In the next time measurements will be performed on a dilatometer, the measured data will be reflected in the graphs and the individual samples will be evaluated by comparing the measured values.
