Vedoucí práce Ľuboš Vrtoch Abstract Abstrakt Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na simultánní stanovení syntetických potravinářských barviv metodou derivační UV/Vis spektrofotometrie. V teoretické části je uveden přehled potravinářských barviv přírodních i syntetických a metody pro jejich stanovení se zaměřením na derivační UV/Vis spektrofotometrii. Experimentální část je zaměřená na vypracování metodiky pro stanovení azorubinu, sunset yellow, amarantu a tartrazinu v binárních směsích využitím derivační spektrofotometrie, konkrétně využitím metody první derivace. Získané výsledky potvrzují vhodnost derivační spektrofotometrie pro simultánní stanovení potravinářských barviv. Abstract This bachelor thesis is focused on simultaneous determination of synthetic food dyes by derivative UV/Vis spectrophotometry. The theoretical part contains an overview of food dyes - natural and synthetic and methods for their determination with focus on derivative UV/Vis spectrophotometry. The experimental part is focused on establishment of the methodology for determination of azorubine, sunset yellow, amaranth and tartrazine in binary mixtures using derivative spectrophotometry, specifically using the first derivative method.
