Návrh technologického postupu repase podlahy návěsu / Zdeněk Vašina. -- 2016. -- 64 listů, 23 nečíslovaných listů příloh : barevné ilustrace, schémata + 1 CD. -- Vedoucí práce Petr Majrich. -- Abstract: Diplomová práce se zabývá generální opravou návěsu typu walking floor (posuvná podlaha). V teoretické části seznamuje s konstrukcí a principem fungování těchto návěsů, v praktické části řeší samotný postup těchto oprav a porovnává náklady na rekonstrukci autorizovaných servisů a realizací opravy ve vlastním servisním středisku firmy Zdemar Transport a.s.. Tato práce také porovnává možnosti použití alternativních slitin z hlediska mechanických vlastností a z hlediska ekonomického. Výsledkem této práce je ekonomické zhodnocení repase podlahy návěsů, které jednoznačně ukazuje výhodnost použití vlastního servisního střediska a zakázková výroba podlahových profilů a návrh na použití alternativních slitin hliníku, které by měly prodloužit životnost podlahy návěsu.. -- Abstract: This thesis deal with the refurbishing the floor of the walking floor trailer. Theoretical part describes construction and functions of the floor. Practical part describes the repair procedure, compares the costs by authorized services and by Zdemar Transport a.s. service. There are some possibilities of using alternative alloys by mechanical properties and by economic aspects. The result of this thesis shows ecomoic appreciation of this repair, there is a big ecomic aspect to use own service center and the custom production of the floor profiles. The thesis also suggest alternative alloys that should improve durability of the floor.
