Cílem je teoreticko-empiricky popsat závislost mezi věkem, motivací, rodinným stavem, pohlavím a ochotou k dalšímu vzdělávání pedagogů. V úvodní části je proveden rozbor existujících teoretických poznatků, právní úpravy týkající se dalšího vzdělávání a povinností, které z ní plynou. V empirické části práce je proveden kvantitativní výzkum, který zjišťuje statistickou závislost mezi danými proměnnými. Práce řeší relační výzkumný problém mapující závislost ochoty učitelů vzdělávat se na zvolených proměnných. Potřebná data byla získána od 58 pedagogů středního vzdělávání prostřednictvím explorativní metody dotazníku a škálování. Nasbíraná data jsou pro přehlednou vizualizaci statisticky vyhodnocena, shrnuta a graficky zobrazena. Bachelor's thesis focuses on the circumstances that affect the willingness of teaching staff to further education. The aim is to theoretically and empirically describe the dependence between the age, motivation, marital status, sex, and the willingness to further education for teachers. In the introductory part The analysis of existing theoretical knowledge, the legislation on continuing education and the obligations arising from it, is executed. In the empirical part of the work quantitative research is carried out, which determines the statistical dependence between the variables. The work deals with the relational research problem focused on the dependence of the willingness of the teachers to educate themselves on the selected variables. The necessary data were obtained from the 58 teachers of secondary education through an explorative method of a questionnaire and scaling.
