V teoretické části práce je obecná definice ERP systému včetně jeho technických specifikací. Další část je zaměřena na tržní podíl ERP implementací na českém trhu. Poslední kapitola v teoretické části definuje metodiku měření efektivnosti nasazeného systému a celkový pohled na projekt implementace včetně všech jeho etap. Cílem práce je rozbor ekonomických aspektů implementace a následná analýza konkrétního modelového řešení implementace tohoto systému v českém podniku, včetně finančního hlediska projektu.. -- Abstract: The main goal of this final thesis is to analyse the information system - ERP. Theoretical part describes a general definition of the ERP system, including its technical specifications. Further, it is focused on the market share of ERP implementations in the Czech environment. The last chapter of the theoretical part defines the methodology for measuring the effectiveness of deployments and the overall view on all the phases of the project implementation. The aim of the work is the analysis of the economic aspects of the ERP implementation and the subsequent analysis of the model example in Czech company with all the financial aspects included.
