Jednotlivé kapitoly budou obsahovat teoretická východiska potřebná k zpracování zvoleného tématu. Patří k nim: problematika osobnosti a její motivační struktury, problematika osobnosti a motivační struktury v situaci náročné životní situace a otázka možností sociální pedagogiky a dalších disciplín takzvaně pomáhajících profesí z hlediska eliminace negativních důsledků a také zvyšování potenciálu potřebného pro opětovné uplatnění se na trhu práce. My bachelor thesis will deal with the analysis of the motivation of people who have long-term problems with job opportunities and unemployment. Individual chapters will contain the theoretical backround needed to process the selected topic. They include: Issues of personality and its motivation structure. Issues of personality and motivation structure in a demanding life situation and question of the possibility of social pedagogy and other disciplines so-called helping professions in terms of elimination, negative consequences and also increasing the potential required for the re-application of the labor market. The part of the work will be recommendations for implementation of any research and recommendations for the practice of social pedagogy to work with the designated group of people. Another responsib.
