Vývoj stavebního spoření je zkoumán na základě vybraných ukazatelů. Mimo jiné je práce zaměřena na novelizace, kterými prošel zákon č.96/1993 Sb., o stavebním spoření a státní podpoře stavebního spoření.. -- Abstract: The work deals with the development of building savings in the years 2008 - 2012, comparing building loans with mortgage loans and analysis of building societies and their products within the building savings offer. Development of building savings is studied on the basis of selected indicators. Among other things, the work is focused on the amendment, which passed a law No.96/1993 Coll., On building savings and state support for building savings.
