Obecná část práce se zabývá anatomií a fyziologií řízení endokrinního systému a jejími poruchami. Anatomií a fyziologií mozečku a jeho poruchami funkce. Dále pak čtenáře seznamuje s charakteristikou diagnózy Prader-Willi syndrom jeho příčinami, příznaky, projevy a léčbou. Poslední členění obecné části obsahuje problematiku růstového hormonu jeho charakteristiku, léčbu a využití v praxi. Speciální část se zaměřuje na ergoterapii jako takovou, dělení denních činností, volnočasových aktivit a ergoterapii v ucelené rehabilitaci, v pediatrii a v rodině. Hlavní část je věnuje kazuistice šestnáctiletého klienta, který trpí diagnózou Prader-Willi syndrom s přidruženou atrofií mozečku. Zahrnuje vstupní ergoterapeutické vyšetření klienta a následné stanovení krátkodobého a dlouhodobého ergoterapeutického plánu.. -- Abstract: This thesis deals with the use of ergotherapy at diagnosis Prader-Willi syndrome. The general part deals with the anatomy and physiology of the endocrine control system and its disorders, anatomy and physiology of the cerebellum and its malfunctions. Followed by reader informs with the characteristics of diagnosis Prader - Willi syndrome, its causes, signs, symptoms and treatment. The last section of a general part contains of growth hormone, treatment and use in practice. A special section focuses on ergotherapy as such, dividing of daily activities, leisure activities and comprehensive occupational therapy in rehabilitation, in pediatrics and family. The main part deals to the case report of a sixteen year old client, which has a diagnosis of Prader - Willi syndrome associated with cerebellar atrophy. Main part also includes entrance to the ergotherapeutic examination of the client and then determination of the short-term and long-term ergotherapeutical plan.
