Ve speciální jsem popsala metodické postupy, které se u tohoto poranění využívají a zaměřila se na průběh rehabilitační péče po plastice předního zkříženého vazu. V hlavní části se věnuji kazuistikám dvou pacientů po plastice předního zkříženého vazu, které obsahují vstupní vyšetření a anamnézu, průběh léčení a výstupní vyšetření, dlouhodobý fyzioterapeutický plán a závěrečné hodnocení dosažených výsledků.. -- Abstract: My bachelor thesis entitled The physiotherapy after a reconstruction of the anterior cruciate ligament of a knee, contains in its theoretical part knowledge about anatomy and biomechanics of the knee joint. Further on it deals with clinic and possibilities of therapy after the injury of the anterior cruciate ligament. In the special part I have described the methodical procedures that can be used, and I focused on the process of the rehabilitation care after the reconstruction of the ligament. I dedicated the main section to casuistry of two patients after the reconstruction of the anterior cruciate ligament in which I have included the entrance examination, case history, process of the therapy, output examination, long-term physiotherapeutical plan and final evaluation of the results that were achieved.
