Cílem této práce je zjistit konkrétní postoje sociálních pracovníků k celoživotnímu vzdělávání a učení. Předmětem zájmu jsou rovněž otázky přínosu učení, konkrétních motivů a bariér ve vzdělávacím procesu. Vlastní pohledy sociálních pracovníků na celoživotní učení jsou získány pomocí rozhovorů. Přínosem této práce je zachycení názorů sociálních pracovníků v jejich autentické podobě. This Bachelor thesis concerns with the attitudes of social workers to the lifelong learning and education. The purpose of this thesis is to find out the particular attitudes of social workers to the lifelong learning and education. The object of the interest are also the question of learning benefits, particular motives and barriers in learning process. The real views of social workers to the lifelong learning are achieved with the aid of interviews.
