Rehabilitační postupy v terapii skolióz [rukopis] / Barbora Mimrová. -- 2012. -- 90 l., [20] l. příl. : il. -- Ved. práce Marek Jelínek. -- Abstract: Bakalářská práce s názvem Rehabilitační postupy v terapii skolióz je zaměřena na celkovou problematiku skoliózy. Asi nejvíce jsem se věnovala konzervativní terapii, která je pro rehabilitačního pracovníka stěžejní, stejně jako aktivní přístup pacienta samotného. Práce je rozdělena do 3 základních částí: přehled teoretických poznatků, hlavní část a kazuistika. V první části bakalářské práce se zaměřuji na anatomické poznatky a biomechaniku páteře a hrudníku, které jsou důležité pro další pochopení souvislostí. Dále na patologie páteře, které zde vznikají a na skoliózou, která je hlavním předmětem mé práce. Speciální část obsahuje informace o konzervativních a operativních možnostech léčby skoliózy a kapitolu, kde je popsán sport vhodný pro skoliotiky. Část věnovaná konzervativní léčbě obsahuje informace o korzetoterapii, myofasciálních a mobilizačních technikách, fyzikální terapii, dechové gymnastice a možnost využití hipoterapie, ergoterapie a léčebné tělesné výchovy. Dále zde popisuji koncepty a metodiky, které se využívají k léčbě. Další část je pojata jako kazuistika, kde shrnuji práci s pacientem, provedení vstupního a výstupního vyšetření a sestavení krátkodobého a dlouhodobého rehabilitačního plánu. Posledním bodem mé práce je závěrečné zhodnocení celé práce, seznam použité literatury a přílohy.. -- Abstract: In my graduation thesis which I am currently undertaking, is called The rehabilitative procedures in therapy of scoliosises and focuses on complex problems of scoliosis. The biggest part is about conservative therapy which is the most important theme for rebalitative worker. My graduation is divided into three main parts: The first part (The summary of theoretical pieces of knowledges) is a general summary of the anatomy and biomaechanics of the spine and thorax. This is important to understand as it makes deformaties of the spine easier to spot. There is a part about deformities of the spine, including scoliosis. The second part (The special part) is about scoliosis and how they can be treated. The third part (The case interpretation) is about my patient. In The special part there is a further section related to the conservative and operative options of therapy in scoliosis. Conservative therapy is comprised of brace treatment, myofascial and mobilize technics, physical therapy, breathing exercises and also how hipotherapy, ergotherapy and special exercising can be used. Another very important part, is about special concepts and methodology used for scoliosis therapy The case interpretation summarizes how the patient and i work together to achieve their goals using both long and short-term rehabilitative techniques. The final part of my thesis is a summary of all of the work carried out and a list of the literature used.
