Pelizaeus Merzbacherova choroba [rukopis] : komplexní léčba / Barbora Streubelová. -- 2012. -- 85 l., [9] l. příl. : il. -- Ved. práce Eva Buchtelová. -- Abstract: Má práce "Pelizaeus Merzbacherova choroba komplexní léčba" pojednává o problematice vzácného demyelinizačnho onemocnění. V teoretické části jsem se zaměřila na anatomii centrálního nervového systému, na charakteristiku PMD, její etiologii, historii, formy i možnosti léčby. Ve speciální části se zabývám fyzioterapií u dané diagnózy. Popisuji zde účinky relaxace, fyzikální léčby, cvičení na neurofyziologickém podkladu a možnosti dalších terapií jako hipoterapie či balneoterapie. Hlavní část mé práce obsahuje anamnézu, kineziologický rozbor mého pacienta a krátkodobý a dlouhodobý plán rehabilitace. V krátkodobém plánu jsem se snažila popsat cvičební jednotku, kterou jsem s pacientem po dobu rehabilitace (4 měsíce) prováděla. V závěrečné části jsem zhodnotila a shrnula výsledky mé práce s pacientem.. -- Abstract: The main topic of the thesis entitled "Pelizaeus-Merzbacher Disease - Complex Treatment" is a rare demyelinating disease of central nervous system and its treatment with emphasis on physiotherapy. The theoretical part is focused on the anatomy of CNS, the characteristics of PMD, its etiology, history and treatment options. Various physiotherapeutic treatment methods are introduced in the special part. The effects of relaxation and physical treatment are described as well as those of the neurological physical therapy and other techniques. The main part of the thesis delivers an anamnesis of a specific patient, a kinesiological analysis, short-term and long-term rehabilitation plans and the author´s first-hand experience with the treatment of the patient including a description of the exercise unit from the short-term plan, which had been a part of the procedure for four months. The summary and the evaluation of the results of the work with the patient are presented in the closing part.
