The aim of my thesis is to gather the information available from the literature concerning the notion of an advertising text. The main focus is placed on the characteristic features of an advertising text and on the factors influencing the actual choice of the language devices. What should an advertising text consist of and what should be avoided. The information gathered within the theoretical part will be put to use and within the practical part I will attempt to create my own advertising texts. Another responsib.
