Teoretická část se věnuje úrazům, jejich dělením a prevencí. Hlavní část je tvořena informacemi o metodě tejpování, jejími výhodami a nevýhodami, podmínkami, indikací a kontraindikací, tejpovacím materiálem, obecnými zásadami správné aplikace a především konkrétním popisem postupů při tejpování jednotlivých tělesných partií. Natočené videosekvence tyto postupy názorně dokumentují. Output of this bachelor thesis is to create a multimedia material combining an audiovisual report with a text, which is designed for pedagogues, sport masseurs, even for athletes themselves. Its purpose is to help to expand the knowledge of taping techniques. The theoretical part is about injuries, its types and prevention. The main part contains information about taping technique, its advantages and disadvantages, requirements, indication and contraindication, taping materials, general rules for right application and especially factual specification of taping techniques of single body parts.
