Snažím se objasnit příčiny a důsledky současné, třetí světové hospodářské krize a jejímu následnému rozšíření do Evropy. Samostatnou kapitolu věnuji rozšíření současné světové hospodářské krize do České republiky. Pokouším se nalézt podobnost současné finanční krize a první světové hospodářské krize 30.let 20. století. V praktické části práce se věnuji otázce, jakým způsobem ovlivnila současná hospodářská krize trh s nemovitostmi v České republice, srovnáním období let 2007 až 2010.. -- Abstract: In the theoretical part of my work, I was paying an attention to the explanation of the conception of crisis, then to clarify the causes and consequences of the crisis in the 20st century. I am trying to clarify the causes and consequences of the current and the third world economic crisis and its subsequent expansion into Europe. In a separate chapter, I attend to an extension of the current world economic crisis in the Czech Republic. I am trying to find the similarity of the current financial crisis and the first world economic crisis of the 30 years of 20th century. In the practical part of the work, I attend to a question how the current economic crisis is affecting the real estate market in the Czech Republic, the comparison of the years 2007 to 2010.
