Z těchto důvodů je potřebná jejich charakterizace. K tomu se používá kombinace několika analytických metod, kterým předchází některá z metod separačních. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty poznatky o separačních metodách používaných v chemii dendrimerů. Další část práce je věnována využití vysokoúčinné kapalinové chromatografie (HPLC) v separaci dendrimerů. V praktické části této práce se zabývám separací PEG-PAMAM dendrimerů a PEG-PAMAM dendrimeru s navázaným alkinem za využití HPLC s PFP kolonou. Since dendrimers ? thanks to their characteristics - promise wide application in many fields of science, it is necessary to characterize and analyze them. The combination of analytic methods preceded by some of the separation methods is used for this analysis. The theoretic observations about separation methods used in dendrimers chemistry are summed up in the theoretic part of my thesis. The next part of the thesis deals with the usage of High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) in the separation of dendrimers, whilst in the practical part I examine the separation of PEG-PAMAM dendrimers and PEG-PAMAMs with fixed alkyne using HPLC with PFP column.
