Na základě analýz jsou definovány aktuální možnosti daňových správ EU, jak čelit daňovým podvodům. Hlavním cílem práce je definovat problematické oblasti současného systém výběru DPH a navrhnout jeho změny pro eliminaci daňových podvodů. The topic of this thesis is the possibility to reduce tax evasions on VAT in EU. On the basis of the analysis are defined the pos-sibilities of the EU´s tax administration to face such VAT frauds. The main objective is to evaluate certain process of VAT collecting in EU, define problematic areas and in the end propose such measures that will lead to elimination of VAT fraud in whole EU.
