Mezi biologické prostředky patří regenerační pohybová aktivita, výživa a pitný režim, prostředky fyzikální a balneologické (regenerace ve vodním prostředí, teplem, sanováním, masáží, světelnými prostředky, dalšími fyzikálními prostředky a reflexními způsoby). Ke zlepšení přenosu informací je součástí práce i multimediální materiál, který obsahuje teoretickou, ale i názornou praktickou část. Jednotlivé metody jsou teoreticky i prakticky popsány, doplněny fotografiemi a krátkými videosnímky, které znázorňují aplikaci jednotlivých metod. This paper discuses the means of regeneration, namely biological means regneraretion. Among the biological agents are regenerating physical activity, nutrition and fluis intake, and physical resources balneology (regeneration of the aquatic, environment, heat, sauna procedures, massage, light reflective materials and methods). To improve information transfer is part of the work and multimedia material which contains a theoretical but a practical part of the regeneration. These methods are theoretically and racticelly described and includes photographs and short videos, showing the application of different methods. Another responsib.
