Cílem práce je zjistit postoje a názory veřejnosti na plnou integraci lidí s lehkým mentálním postižením, zjistit ochotu zaměstnavatelů zaměstnávat lidi s mentálním postižením se všemi riziky. Bakalářská práce se dělí na teoretickou a empirickou část. Teoretická část definuje a vymezuje pojmy mentální retardace, její etiologii, diagnostiku, a zaměřuje se na jednotlivé druhy mentální retardace, věnuje se právům a samotné integraci lidí s lehkým mentálním postižením do naší společnosti se všemi riziky. Popisuje oblasti, průběh integrace. Praktická část je zaměřena na názory a postoje veřejnosti na integraci lidí s lehkým mentálním postižením žijících v domovech pro zdravotně postižené osoby v regionu Litoměřic. Dále zjišťuje, míru informovanosti společnosti a zaměstnavatelů na Litoměřicku o problematice osob s mentálním postižením. V závěru se bakalářská práce zabývá výsledkem šetření a zjištěním, že převládají negativní postoje veřejnosti na plnou integraci lidí s mentálním postižením a neochota zaměstnavatelů zaměstnávat tyto lidi. Výstupem této bakalářské práce je informační leták pro zaměstnavatele, který by jim mohl pomoc při jednání s lidmi s mentálním postižením, jak jim mohou pomoci při jejich zaměstnávání. The bachelor paper focuses on the integration of people with slight mental disorder in Litomerice region. The aim of the paper is to learn public opinions and attitudes towards the full integration of people with slight mental disorder as well as to state the willingness of the employers to provide these people with working positions. The paper consists of two parts ? the theoretical and practical. The first part defines the terms of mental retardation, its etiology, and diagnostics as well as dwells on particular types of mental retardation. Moreover, it pursues the legal rights and specifically the process of integration of people with slight mental disorder into the society considering all the possible risks. The practical part describes public opinons and attitudes towards the integration of people with slight mental disorder living in special institutions in Litomerice region. Moreover, the awareness of society and employers in Litomerice region concerning the problematics of people with slight mental disorder has also been studied. The conclusion of the bachelor paper reveals the results of the research. Society tends to demonstrate a negative tendency in attitudes towards the integration process as well as employers display the unwillingness to cooperate with people with special needs. The outcome of the research paper is a brochure comprising the necessary information for employers which can be helpful while working with people with mentally disordered people. Another responsib.
