Note Ved. práce Jana Chrásková Abstract Bakalářská práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny veškeré informace o prodlouženém těhotenství, které se týkají nejen matky, ale také plodu.V praktické části je dále uvedena teorie ošetřovatelského procesu a modelu dle Majory Gordonové, ale také vypracování čtyř ošetřovatelských kazuistik, v kterých je ošetřovatelská problematika. Mezi ošetřovatelské problémy patří nejčastěji bolest, zácpa, deficit péče o své zdraví, strach a nedostatečná informovanost klientek. The thesis is divided in two principal parts: theoretic and practical. The theoretic part contains all the informations about the extension of pregnancy concerning a mother as well as a fetus. In the practical part we can find the theory and the model of nursing process by Majora Gordon, but also four nursing casuistics concerning nursing tasks.
