Note Lic. smlouva Abstract V mojí diplomové práci se zabývám podporou malých a středních podnikatelů v Ústeckém kraji. Zabývám se možnostmi podpory podnikatelů, které jsou k dispozici ze zdrojů Evropské unie, státního rozpočtu a regionálních rozpočtů. Popisuji jednotlivé operační programy ze strukturálních fondů Evropské unie, programy podpory podnikání od Ministerstva průmyslu a obchodu České republiky, nabídky dotací Ústeckého kraje. V neposlední řadě popisuji některé Strategické plány rozvoje měst Ústí nad Labem, Most a Litoměřice. Cílem mé práce je zhodnocení nabídky podpory podnikání v Ústeckém kraji. Pro zhodnocení využívám již realizované projekty ze Společného regionálního operačního programu, který byl používán v období let 2004 - 2006 v Ústeckém kraji. Ze zhodnocení je zřejmé, že podpora podnikání v Ústeckém kraji je úspěšná, ale projektů by mohlo být zrealizováno více, pokud by systém podpor a financování byl jednodušší pro žadatele o dotace. My diploma thesis is concerned with support of small and middle entrepreneurs in the Usti region. I deal with the opportunities of support of entrepreneurs, which are available from the sources of European Union, national budget and regional budgets. I describe individual operating programs from the structural funds of European Union, programs of business support from the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic, offers of grants from the Usti region. Last but not least I describe some of the Strategic plans of development of Usti nad Labem, Most and Litomerice city. The objective of my thesis is evaluation of business support in Usti region. I use for evaluation the realized projects from the Common regional operating program, which had been used in the years 2004 - 2006 in the Usti region. The result of the analysis clearly shows, that the business support in the Usti region is successful, but there could be realized more of the projects, if the system of supports and financing is simpler for the applicants for grants.
