Abstract Tato bakalářská práce zpracovává téma Aktéři regionálního rozvoje v okresu Most. Obsahem práce je, na základě zpracování institucionální analýzy okresu Most, zmapování institucionálních a strukturálních změn, které na Mostecku proběhly v letech 1991 - 2006, následně zhodnocení významu vybraných aktérů pro rozvoj okresu Most a, na základě provedené analýzy projektů na podporu rozvoje Mostecka, určení nejvýznamnějšího aktéra regionálního rozvoje v okresu Most. Vybranými aktéry pro hodnocení jejich významu v regionálním rozvoji jsou Mostecká uhelná společnost, a.s., Regionální rozvojová agentura Ústeckého kraje, a.s. a Statutární město Most. Analýza projektů na podporu regionálního rozvoje ukazuje, že nejvýznamnějším aktérem je Statutární město Most, ale také z ní vyplývá, že některým problémovým oblastem Město Most věnuje méně pozornosti než je potřeba. V závěru jsou proto uvedeny možnosti rozvoje Mostecka s důrazem na podporu zmíněných problémových oblastí. This anotation of thesis is focused on Regional development participants in the district of Most. On the base of institucional analysis of the district of Most , I concentrated on monitoring of institucional and structural changes, which were done from 1991 to 2006.After that, I evaluated the importance of each participant who brings support for development of the district of Most. According to the project analysis , I determined the most important participant of regional development of Most area. I chose the following participants , which were selected according to their importance with regional development in Most area: Mostecká uhelná společnost, join stock company, Regional development agency of the Region of Ústí, joint stock company, and the Town of Most. Project analysis of regional development points to the most important participant - The Town of Most, but also points out to problematic parts which are not sufficiently solved as they need to be. At the end of this anotation of thesis, I suggested how to manage these problematic parts which should be supported for development of the district of Most. Another responsib.
