Nezbytnost a problematičnost možných světů / Ondřej Kostka. -- 2023. -- 41 listů. -- Oponent Josef Moural. -- Vedoucí práce David Peroutka. -- Abstract: Bakalářská práce se věnuje logické a filozofické problematice možných světů v rovinách přirozeného jazyka, modality a ontologie. Možné světy jsou v moderní sémantické analýze neodmyslitelné, je tedy na místě prozkoumat podrobně jejich charakter, užití a možná pojetí. Je s nimi však spojena i mnohá problematika, především v oblasti reference a ontologie Problém je dále podtržen tendencí analytické filozofie odmítat metafyzické pozice jako spekulativní. V první části autor ilustruje vztah přirozeného každodenního jazyka a možných světů. V části druhé pojednává o modalitách a aplikaci možných světů na ně. Vysvětluje jak souvisí modality de re a de dicto s možnými světy a pojednává o principu reference. V poslední části je zachycena problémová povaha možných světů rze prizma ontologie, tedy status jejich reálné existence. Na závěr se autor vyjádří k představeným tezím jednotlivých filozofů, či směrů, a poskytne své vlastní názory na možné světy a jejich užití.. -- Abstract: The bachelor thesis deals with logical and philosophical problems of possible worlds on the levels of natural language, modality and ontology. Possible worlds are indispensable in modern semantic analysis, so it is appropriate to examine in detail their nature, uses and possible conceptions. However, there are also many issues associated with them, especially in the are of reference and ontology. The problem is further underlined by the tendency of analytical philosophy to reject metaphysical positions as speculative. In the first part, the author illustrates the relationship between natural everyday language and possible worlds. More precisely, whether the apparatus of possible worlds is part of pre-scientific language. In the second part he discusses modalities and the application of possible worlds to them. It explains how modalities de re and de dicto are related to possible worlds and discusses the principle of reference. The last part captures the problematic nature of possible worlds through the prism of ontology, i. e. the status of their real existence. Finally, the author will comment on theseses presented by each philosopher or movement, and provide his own views on possible worlds and their uses.
