K tomu budeme analyzovat legislativu Ruské federace a České republiky, které dále porovnáme. Poté se budeme věnovat tématu ruskojazyčného podnikání v České republice. K tomu popíšeme cílové skupiny rusky mluvících imigrantů a ruskojazyčného podnikání v Česku. Také představíme základní aspekty fungování ruskojazyčné firmy v České republice. V závěru práce provedeme analýzu zvukové nahrávky rozhovoru, který jsme získali v procesu jednání ruskojazyčného zaměstnance firmy s klientem. Výsledkem analýzy této nahrávky uvidíme konkrétní projevy jazykové interference.. -- Abstract: In this bachelor's thesis, we will consider the features of the functioning of a bilingual company in the Czech Republic. To do this, we will analyze the legislation of the Russian Federation and of the Czech Republic and then compare them with each other. Next, we will study the topic of Russian-speaking business in the Czech Republic. To accomplish this, we will describe the target groups of Russian-speaking immigrants and Russian-speaking businesses in Czechia. We will also list the main aspects of the work of a Russian-speaking company in the Czech Republic. At the end of the thesis, we will analyze the speech material obtained during negotiations between an employee of a Russian-speaking company and a client. As a result of the analysis of this material, we will see specific manifestations of language transfer.
