Práce využívá především odbornou literaturu, statistická data a rozhovory s kompetentními osobami v cestovním ruchu. Cílem této práce je představit čtenáři termín overturismus a vyzkoumat jeho závažnost ve světě a v České republice. Čtenář se dozví, jaké problémy s sebou nese. Rovněž mu bude přiblížena situace v nejvíce zasažených destinacích a dozví se, jak tyto destinace overturismus řeší. Značná část této práce se zabývá situací v České republice, kde se čtenář dozví, jak vážná je situace u nás a jak osoby pracující v oblasti cestovního ruchu vybraných destinací overturismus vnímají. Ke konci práce podává souhrnné zhodnocení aktuální situace, její stávající a potenciální řešení.. -- Abstract: This bachelor's thesis deals with a topical and highly debated problem in tourism. The work mainly uses specialist literature, statistical data and interviews with competent persons in tourism. The aim of this work is to present to the reader the concept of overtourism and to examine its seriousness in the world and in the Czech Republic. The reader learns the problems that entails. He will also be brought closer to the situation in the most affected destinations and will learn how these destinations deal with overtourism. Much of this work deals with the situation in the Czech Republic, where the reader learns how serious the situation in the Czech Republic is and how those working in the tourism sector selected by the destinations perceive overtourism. In the end the work provides a summary assessment of the current situation, its existing and potential solution.
