Oponent Kateřina Zachová Abstract Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku bezdomovectví, konkrétně ve městě Chomutov. Každý z nás se může dostat do situace, se kterou si nebudeme sami umět poradit. Někdo nemusí kritickou situaci ustát, a pokud se mu nedostane dostatečné odborné pomoci, a hlavně včasné pomoci, ocitne se rychle v bezvýchodné situaci a může dojít v jeho životě k osudným změnám. V úvodní části práce je vysvětlena základní terminologie bezdomovectví a typologie lidí bez domova, hlavní příčiny a důvody situace lidí žijících na ulici. Práce se zaobírá historií bezdomovectví, jak před rokem 1948, tak po roce 1948 do současnosti. V neposlední řadě práce seznamuje s komunitním plánem v oblasti sociálních služeb v Chomutově a sociálními službami určenými právě lidem bez přístřeší. Cílem práce je rozbor důvodů a charakteristik lidí bez přístřeší žijících v Chomutově a analýza možného zlepšení jejich současné životní situace. Dalším cílem bakalářská práce je posouzení shody názorů sociálních pracovníků pracujících právě s uvedenou cílovou skupinou v institucích působících v Chomutově. K analýze a získání potřebných dat byla využita kvalitativní forma výzkumu ve formě polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s lidmi bez přístřeší a s jednotlivými pracovníky institucí. V poslední fázi práce je čtenář seznámen s analýzou získaných dat. The bachelor thesis focuses on the problematice of homelessness specificly in the city of Chomutov. Each of us can come acrross the situation that we can not cope with by ourselves. Someone may not be able to cope with the critical situation and if they are not helped by a professional with sufficient assistance and especially if they are not having a timely assistance person can quickly end up with a fatal changes in the current life. The introduction explains the basic terminology of homelessness, the typology of homeless people and reasons and causes why some people are living on the street. The work is describing the history of homelessness, both before 1948 and after 1948 to the present. Last but not least, the thesis introduces the community plan in the field of social services in Chomutov and social services serving the need of people without shelter. The main aim of this thesis is to analyze reasons and characteristics of poeple without shelter living in Chomutov and to analyze possible improvements of their current life situation. Other aim of the bachelor thesis is to assess the corelation among oppinions of different social workers working with this target group across various institutions operating in Chomutov. For the analyses and gathering of relevant data the form of semi-structured interviews was used with both, homeless people as well as with individual employees of the relevant institutions.
