Minulost a budoucí plány cizinců žijících v České republice / Kateřina Dušková. -- 2020. -- 37 stran : grafy + 1 CD. -- Vedoucí práce Jitka Laštovková. -- Oponent Kateřina Šperlová. -- Abstract: Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem migrace a integrace cizinců a zkoumá příčiny migrace a průběh integrace cizinců v České republice. Cílem práce je na základě výzkumu mezi cizinci žijícími v České republice identifikovat faktory ovlivňující rozhodování přistěhovalců při migraci, získat informace o průběhu jejich integrace a podle jejich zkušeností následně navrhnout opatření, jak sociální práce může přispět při procesu integrace této skupiny. V práci se dále dozvíme budoucí plány migrantů, zejména zda by v České republice chtěli žít nadále, či jejich migrace byla jen dočasnou a rádi by se vrátili zpět do své země, jelikož i to se může podílet na míře jejich řádné integrace. Výzkum byl proveden na základě kvalitativního sběru dat, který byl vytvořen pomocí biografických rozhovorů s vybranými respondenty žijícími v hlavním městě Praha a povoleným trvalým pobytem v České republice. Do výzkumu se zapojilo šest migrantů původem z Ukrajiny, Vietnamu, Korejské republiky a Mongolska, tedy občané pocházející z takzvaných třetích zemí. Výsledky výzkumu objasňují, že nejčastější příčiny migrace do České republiky jsou z důvodu ekonomického, z důvodu sloučení rodiny či touha po poznání nové země. Dále jsme díky výpovědím poskytnutých respondenty zjistili, že se na jejich integraci podílelo mnoho různých faktorů, který tento proces ovlivňovaly. Při integraci hrálo roli, v jakém věku byla migrace uskutečněna, znalost českého jazyka, problém se zařazování druhé generace cizinců do nižších ročníků ve školách, podpora ze strany rodiny i ze strany školy a nízká informovanost cizinců o nabízených sociálních službách.. -- Abstract: This bachelor thesis is aimed at the issue of foreigners migration and integration. In addition, it investigates the reasons for migration and the process of foreigners integration in the Czech Republic. The major objectives of this thesis is to identify factors influencing decision making process of immigrants related to migration on the basis of the survey conducted within foreigners living in the Czech Republic. Furthermore, the goal of this thesis is to obtain information about the process of their integration and consequently on the basis of their experience to propose measures on how social work may contribute to cooperation in the process of integration with this group. The thesis also deals with future plans of immigrants and if they prefer to live in the Czech Republic or whether their migration is only temporary in order to come back to their homeland as it might be one of the factors for their integration. The survey was conducted on the basis of qualitative data collection and which was formed through biographical interviews with selected respondents living in Prague in the capital city of the Czech Republic and with the permanent residence permit. These six migrants from third countries being from Ukraine, Vietnam, the Republic of Korea and Mongolia were involved in the survey. The results of the survey reveal the fact that economic purposes, family reunification and desire for exploring about a new country are the most common reasons for migration to the Czech Republic. Additionally, thanks to the responses of the survey participants we find out that there were more different factors related to their integration and which affected this process too. The age of foreigners at the time of migration, knowledge of Czech language, the problem of the second generation foreigners inclusion to lower school grades, support of their families and from school and low awareness of foreigners about the offered social services played a significant role in the whole process of integration too.
