V teoretické části bude popsána osobnost pedagoga z pohledu odborné publikace. Srovnává školní praxi s praxí po nástupu do zaměstnání. Zaměřuje se na rozdílnosti mezi začínajícím učitelem a učitelem s dlouholetou praxí. Výzkumná část práce bude zaměřena na problémy začínajících učitelů, které v praxi nastaly a ty budou zjišťovány pomocí dotazníku. Zohlední se také obavy učitelů před nástupem do praxe, které budou zpracovány na základě rozhovorů s nimi.. -- Abstract: The diploma thesis is concerned with problems associated with starting/ trainee teachers' authority, discipline and communication between students and parents. The teacher's personality will be described in the theoretical part, from the point of view of a professionally specialized publication. Teoretical part compares the school experience of practical training with the actual experience after starting the teaching job. It is focused on the difference of starting, trainee teachers and that of teachers with many years of experience. The research part will focus on problems of starting teachers which have occurred during their teaching experience. These will be identified with the help of a questionnaire. It will also take into consideration teachers' concerns prior to their entry into the workforce and will handle these concerns via dialogue and interviews with them.
